Pardon Our Construction, Part 2

I remain mystified by the choreography of events that make it possible for a paper envelope to be delivered to the home of a specified recipient, across any distance or looming forecast. This passage through the postal service is nothing short of a hero’s journey, with obstacles and chance encounters that could sweep our hero letter off its path at any moment.
Highlighting the wonder of this journey is how we approached Booklet 2 of the Signature Kit. In it we cover everything from the importance of clarity when addressing an envelope to posing the existential question, what would you do if you came across a lost letter?
Booklet 3 completes our introductory series with the one thing every letter needs in order to be mailed - a postage stamp, of course! Stamps are as much function as they are form. While they do the work of prepaying for delivery of our outgoing mail, they also can be seen as envoys of public art from their country of origin. Look closely and you can find clues to a country’s people, government, history, and culture, all within an astonishingly economic use of space.
No bigger than a postage stamp. I encountered this phrase in our research and it prompted memories of times when I heard it in conversation. It is such an endearing way to describe an apartment, a patch of grass, or a fledgling enterprise. If that is where Dearist is right now, I carry that stamp proudly.
